The Urban Tax Lab was created by the Consumer Tax Discovery teams to immerse team members deeply and authentically into the lives of people we do not currently serve.
Direct access to Delegators, Low-Middle Income filers, Small Business owners and their employees allowed us to move more quickly through the Lean Experiments Loop and uncover insights within the physical space and people-technology spectrum of solutions. Called “North Park Taxes” to the public, the Urban Tax Lab was not Intuit or TurboTax branded.
